Waiver Webinar

a waiver waiting to be signed

The Paddle Canada head office has been receiving many calls lately with waiver questions-and many of these questions are not ones of office staff can adequately answer, so we have recruited an expert to help us out.

With more than 40-years of experience in the adventure and emergency response industry as a guide, business owner, academic, and consultant, Ross Cloutier is the Principal of Bhudak Consultants Ltd. and the Executive Director of HeliCat Canada. Internationally acclaimed risk management and adventure tourism development consultant, Ross has worked in over 40 countries. He works continuously as an expert witness in the outdoor education and adventure tourism cases and conducts numerous accident investigations each year.
