Hello SUP instructors and instructor-trainers,
The new levels of the SUP program are now up to date in the Paddle Canada database. You can begin registering your new courses now!
Your old certifications have been transferred to the new program.
If you previously had the Flatwater SUP Instructor or Trainer certifications, you will now have both Basic and Advanced Instructor (or Trainer status as appropriate) certifications added to your accounts.
If you previously had the SUP Coastal Instructor or Trainer certifications, you will now have the SUP Touring 1 Instructor (or Trainer status as appropriate) certifications in their accounts. A SUP Touring 2 Level has now been added.
If you previously had the SUP River Instructor or Trainer certifications, you will now have the SUP River 1 and 2 Instructor (or trainer status as appropriate) certifications added to your account.
The following new SUP levels and programs have been added to the database and are ready for course registration:
- Basic Instructor Trainer
- River 1 Instructor
- River 1 Instructor Trainer
- Surf 2
- Surf 1 Instructor
- Surf 2 Instructor
- Surf 1 Instructor Trainer
- Surf 2 Instructor Trainer
- SUP Touring 2
- SUP Touring 2 Instructor
- SUP Touring 2 Instructor Trainer
