AIM provides adaptive kayaking for persons with various disabilities. We Require occasional instructors to lead kayaking groups of persons with various disabilities. Provide the safety skills, leadership skills, and on the water group leadership. You must be open to providing kayaking experiences at all levels of skills and abilities.
At this point we want to offer 2 sessions a week with ambition to offer up to 4. starting on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Actual skill instruction during group sessions is limited to paddling skills and on water safety.
