The Intermediate Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing Instructor award provides a national certification in the instruction and administration of the Intermediate Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing course.
Successful candidates will receive the Intermediate Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing Instructor certification.
The Intermediate Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing Instructor is certified to:
conduct the Intermediate and Introduction Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing skills course and Basic Canoeing course
assist on Intermediate and Introduction Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing Instructor courses
assist on Advanced Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing skills course (Advanced Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing skills certification is required)
apprentice on an Intermediate Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing Instructor course
Introduction to Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing Instructor.
Advanced Tandem or Solo Moving Water skills certification or equivalent skills and knowledge with permission of the course instructor.
Experience
Experience beyond that of an Intermediate Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing skills course.
Instructors can transfer their certification to solo instructor when the meet the following requirements
Advanced Tandem or Solo Moving Water Canoeing skills certification and,
an Instructor Trainer recommendation.

Are you brand new to Paddle Canada? Proceed to the Instructor Candidate membership form.
