Creating and Reporting a Certification Maintenance Clinic

Q: How do I create a Certification Maintenance clinic, add participants, and report the course with the new website?

A. This fourth type of course is being developed by our web team over the Winter with the ongoing Phase 2 launch of our members database. If you are a Course Director or Instructor Trainer running a Certification Maintenance Clinic over the Winter, please contact Nathan at the Paddle Canada head office ([email protected]) before your clinic starts and Nathan will advise you on the current procedure for CM clinic reporting until the database is set-up to report CM clinics from a Course Director’s account.

Steps to Creating, Reporting and Getting Skills Courses, Instructor Courses and Regular Clinics to the Completed Stage

Reminder: All 2017 Course IDs that are now over must be at Completed stage or Cancelled stage at this point in time. It’s a good idea to double check in your account that all 2017 courses that you are responsible for read ‘Completed’ or ‘Cancelled’.
