The Paddle Canada Board of Directors recommends a number of changes,  all highlighted in yellow on the pdf attached/linked draft copy of the PC Constitution and Bylaws, in order to make the operation of Paddle Canada more effective.  The attached will be discussed at the upcoming 2011 Annual Meeting and hopefully a motion will arise to adopt the proposed revision.  As per the PC Constitution,  90 days notice must be given to the membership, and a vote held (Special Meeting or Electronic Vote) and the end of that period.  The vote could then occur on or after 9 March 2012.
