The PC board of directors is pleased to welcome back past president, Richard Alexander, who has been on a leave since summer of 2009.  Richard has jumped back in and taken on the Treasurer's role and working closely with Executive Director, Graham Ketcheson on responsible, fiscal management of the organization.  Richard was president of PC from 2006 to 2009 and lives in St John's Newfoundland.
